At Dinosaur Skeletons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your prehistoric decor. If your fossil replica doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific skeleton model you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure the Specimen

  Carefully repack the bones and mounting hardware in the original protective foam and reinforced crating to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Lab

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for climate-controlled transport.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our paleontologists verify the condition of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
